IMAGINE THAT! with Award-Winning Author and Artist Joyce Raimondo

Joyce Raimondo is author of seven children's art books, including The Museum of Modern Art’s popular Art Safari series and the award winning Art Explorers books. A painter and sculptor, her illustrations have been published in the New York Times, Boston Globe, and numerous publications. Former Family Programs Coordinator at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, she is a leading expert in museum education. She has made television appearances on Blues’ Clues’, NBC News, and CBS Sunday Morning News. As Founding Director of Imagine That! Art Education, her programs have served thousands of children and teenagers from New York to California. Imagine That! programs spark student creativity as they explore masterpieces of art during interactive fun-filled slide shows. Students then create projects inspired by the artists’ techniques. Ms. Raimondo's diverse clients include the famous Children’s Television Workshop, Blues’ Clues, Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center, numerous schools and museums.
